CAROLYN SCHLAIFER
With a keen eye and mind for design, Carolyn brings a holistic approach to branded environments. She is responsible for creative direction and project management for Darwin clients, ensuring a consistent brand message across all customer touchpoints. “We take a hands on approach to all we do” says Carolyn. Whether it’s a retail, corporate or an industrial environment, we work to develop a clear big-picture vision that is connected to the brand, and then create a step-by-step process to meet our objectives. What makes the process even better is that our clients have a seat at the design table”. Carolyn holds a BA in Interior Design from Purdue University and an expertise in product and program development for Fortune 1000 companies.
TOM MILLER
Tom brings a unique blend of branding, design, and marketing experience to his Darwin clients. Over the past three decades, he has worked closely with Fortune 1000 companies to help build their brands and their businesses. “I enjoy engaging with clients to fully understand their challenges,” says Tom, “and working together to create a branded environment that delivers a genuine and consistent customer experience.” Tom is a graduate of the University of Detroit, with a master’s degree from Western Michigan University.
